Event Booking Policy

Booking

Events can be booked up to 60 days ahead. Your event is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation and the deposit is paid. For pricing, contact us at Info@AmazinBilliards.com or (978) 278-5094.

Deposit

A 25% deposit holds your date.

Changes and cancellations

• You can reschedule one time, as long as you tell us at least 48 hours before your event.
• Cancel at least 48 hours before your event and your deposit is refunded.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before your event and the 25% deposit is nonrefundable.

Group size

Please give us your final headcount at least 48 hours before your event, so we can hold the right number of tables.

Conduct

Event guests follow the House Rules. The host is responsible for damage caused by the group.
